Accommodation is
available on three nursing floors. All
rooms are decorated to create a homely environment with private telephone, remote
controlled colour television (on which radio channels can be obtained), nurse
call system, and an individual thermostat to control central heating. There are six double rooms for couples with
en site facilities, twenty single rooms with en suite facilities, and
thirteen rooms with shared facilities.
Many rooms have sun terraces or balconies overlooking the swimming
pool and some offer fine views of the Sussex countryside. Residents can enjoy the
companionship of others if so wished in the comfortable lounge and large airy
conservatory which is also the dining.
The conservatory leads out to pleasant gardens and swimming
pool. There are two passenger lifts, which can accommodate a wheelchair
connecting all floors. There is ample
car parking at the front of the Home for visitors who may visit at any time. Bryher Court is a former
Edwardian gentleman’s family home that retains original features including
the original owner’s baby grand piano! The home has a pleasant homely
atmosphere, it is therefore a pleasant place for friends and relatives to
visit regularly. We are always pleased to see visitors. |
